Refund policy

Because Washington's RPG Shop delivers digital items instantly, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support within 7 days of purchase if you have an issue.

Items that have been redeemed in-game may not be eligible for refunds. We will always review exceptions for technical problems or accidental purchases.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
